The Woodlands Girls Lacrosse Association to host skills clinics

The Woodlands Girls Lacrosse Association and varsity head coach Jim Marziale will be hosting skills clinics on Monday nights through Aug. 19 this summer.
The clinics will run from 6:30-8:30 p.m. on the new turf fields at Alden Bridge Sports Park.

According to statement from The Woodlands Girls Lacrosse Association, “These sessions will be ideal for all girls who have wanted to pick up a lacrosse stick and become a part of the fastest-growing girls youth sport in the country.”
Under Marziale’s direction, The Woodlands has become one of the elite girls lacrosse programs in Texas and the southern United States, according to the statement. Each year, graduating seniors from this program are being sought by college programs for opportunities to play at the collegiate level.
The clinics cost $25 per session and participants can register at http://www.woodlandshsglax.org.
