The Woodlands High School Highlanders were named the Class 5A team of the week by Dave Campbell’s Texas Football and the United States Army today, for their 24-7 win at A&M Consolidated last Friday night.
“It’s an honor, there’s a lot of 5A football games that are played every week and for Dave Campbell’s Texas Football and the U.S. Army to pick us as the team of the week, is an honor,” said Highlanders Head Coach Mark Schmid. “The award comes at a good time for our football team, our kids are starting to come together and play well together,” said Schmid Click here for full story
