The College Park High School volleyball team made it very clear on Friday at home who would claim sole possession of second place in the District 14-5A standings.

The Lady Cavaliers turned away A&M Consolidated, 3-1, at home to improve to 7-2 in district play (21-9 overall) while knocking the Lady Tigers (6-4) to fourth place – a half-game behind third-place Oak Ridge (6-3), which swept Conroe on Friday.
