A new-look Oak Ridge team entered John Outlaw Memorial Field with a ton of confidence and a 7-1 record. Three hours later, the War Eagles left Abe Martin Stadium with the same old result. Lufkin put together its most complete performance of the season, striking early and often on the way to a 42-10 win on Senior Night.

With the win, the Panthers wrapped up a spot in the playoffs for the 16th straight year while also picking up their third straight victory. It also moved Lufkin’s record to 10-0 against the War Eagles, with each of those wins coming by at least 21 points. Click here for full story
