Greg Campbell wasn’t shy in his playoff debut. The Atascocita quarterback had his hand in all six of the Eagles’ touchdowns as they rolled past Lufkin 42-24 in the Region II-5A Division II bi-district playoffs at Conroe ISD’s Buddy Moorhead Stadium.
“Greg is going to show up,” Atascocita coach Craig Stump said. “That’s the type of player he is. We know he’s going to make plays. There were a lot of guys blocking for him and catching passes to help him out. It was a good team effort.”
Atascocita (10-1) will play Lake Travis in the area around at 2 p.m. next Saturday at Merrill Green Stadium in Bryan. click here for full story
