Ambassadors honored by Conroe ISD Board of Trustees

The Conroe Independent School District Board of Trustees honored several individuals with the Ambassador Award when Board member, Dr. Mel Brown, and Dr. Don Stockton, Superintendent, visited The Woodlands College Park High, Collins Intermediate, Ride Elementary, Hailey Elementary, Wilkerson Intermediate, and Knox Junior High.
The Board of Trustees award the Ambassador Awards to recognize individuals for their positive contributions to campus life and campus climate. Throughout the year, each campus will be visited by a member from the Board, accompanied by Dr. Stockton, who will surprise the award recipients while they are performing their duties as either a student or an employee.
Students honored were Aubrey Hanson, The Woodlands College Park High School; Joseph Cahill, Collins Intermediate; Jay Henshaw, Ride Elementary; Isabelle Irani, Hailey Elementary; Brooks Halsey, Wilkerson Intermediate; and Sam Packer, Knox Junior High.
Paraprofessionals honored were Michelia Moore, The Woodlands College Park High School; Cheryl Cast, Collins Intermediate; Melanie Horan, Ride Elementary; Jennifer Martinez, Hailey Elementary; Melissa Boston, Wilkerson Intermediate; and Georgia Mercer, Knox Junior High.
Educators honored were Brandy Robbins, The Woodlands College Park High School; Tamara Willer, Collins Intermediate; Merrill Hudson, Ride Elementary; Bernadene Davis, Hailey Elementary; Allison Lehrmann, Wilkerson Intermediate; and Katrina Meng, Knox Junior High.
