The weather might not suggest it, but it’s already time for local families and kids to start thinking about signing up for baseball and softball leagues for the spring.

Registration for the 2014 Oak Ridge Woodlands Area Little League season is now open and will continue through Friday, Jan. 15. In addition to ORWALL’s regular baseball leagues, which include kids ages 4-18 years old, the organization is now offering Little League Softball for the first time ever. All girls between seven and 12 years old are eligible to sign up.
