Conroe 33, College Park 23

Reagan Magee scored 10 points to lead Conroe’s girls to a 33-23 victory over College Park on Friday night.
“It was a very physical game, a tough defensive battle,” Conroe coach Russell Reid said.

The Woodlands 52, Lufkin 32
Nicole Iademarco scored 21 points as The Woodlands rolled past Lufkin.
The Lady Highlanders improved to 15-7 overall and 5-0 in District 14-5A.

Boys
The Woodlands 41, Lufkin 37

The Woodlands hit 19 of 26 free throws to remain unbeaten in District 14-5A. The Highlanders are 17-6

Covenant splits in TWCA tournament
Covenant Christian lost its first game in tournament play at The Woodlands Christian Academy, falling to Oak Ridge’s junior varsity 55-48.
The Cougars (11-5) bounced back with a 53-49 victory over Northland Christian.
In the Oak Ridge game, Hayden Pratt led Covenant with 14 points and 15 rebounds. Luke Fox added 12 points and Joel Fox finished with six rebounds. Click here for compete story
