that get left behind, separated from the rest. That’s where the spare come into play. It gives the bowler a second chance to make sure that those pins left standing are included in the end result. The Woodlands Bowling Program, which includes both boys and girls teams, works in a similar way.
The kids that might have been left behind before are allowed to be a part of something bigger than themselves.
