Woodlands-area residents in need of new art pieces are encouraged to check out the “Symphony of Thanks” reception Saturday evening, benefiting The Woodlands High School Orchestra. From 5-7 p.m., the public is invited to enjoy wine and cheese and also purchase pieces of art fashioned from unplayable instruments, courtesy of The Woodlands Art League, located at 25136 Grogan’s Park Drive, TWHS Orchestra Booster Club representative Kristi Durant said.
