Girls Basketball: Lady Highlanders’ win streak snapped

High School girls’ basketball team’s District 14-5A win streak Saturday with a 60-45 victory. The Lady Highlanders saw their 36-game league win streak snapped and both teams now have one district loss. The Lady Tigers, 8-1 in district play, avenged an earlier loss this season at The Woodlands High School. Nicole Iademarco led The Woodlands with 18 points, nine rebounds, four assists and four steals. The Arizona State commit became the seventh player in Lady Highlanders’ history to reach 1,000 career points. click here for complete story
