Ten days from now, Huntsville High School’s varsity baseball team gets a unique opportunity. The Hornets take on the Conroe Tigers at Minute Maid Park.
The Hornets have 500 ticket vouchers for sale at $27 apiece. The vouchers are good for admission to next Friday’s scrimmage, plus any Houston Astros home game this season with the exception of the season-opening series against the New York Yankees. If next week’s scrimmage sells out, Huntsville’s baseball program will be awarded a $3,500 check from the Astros.
