Conroe goaltender Angela Stephenson did everything she could to keep the Tigerettes in Friday night’s match with District 14-5A-leading Oak Ridge. Stephenson came up with diving saves and had to play aggressively when the Lady War Eagles mounted a quick attack.

But Oak Ridge’s quickness created one opportunity that brought the only goal of the night, and the Lady War Eagles were able to hold on for a 1-0 victory on Friday night at Buddy Moorhead Memorial Stadium. click here for complete story
