The Woodlands girls swept the team titles at the Klein Oak True Team Meet last weekend at Klein Oak. The girls won behind solid showings from Alicia Palmer, Madi McLellan, Ashley Koett and Ellyana Long, and wins by their 800- and 1,600-meter relays.

“The main thing is we just try to be pretty consistent with what we’re trying to do, and just really get races at this point,” coach Noel Hansen said. “We’ve tried to put together our relays a couple different times and they’ve run well throughout the year, our 4×1 and 4×2 and 4×4, and they’ve done a great job, and the distance races are coming along as well. click here for complete story
