
The Woodlands boys soccer program hasn’t visited the loss column in 349 days, and the Highlanders are hoping that won’t change anytime soon as they begin the postseason Thursday night.
The Woodlands (18-0-1) captured a seventh consecutive league championship earlier this month, and finished 12-0 in District 14-5A play.
But now the Highlanders will turn their attention to the rest of the state, starting with Westfield, which they will face at 5 p.m. at Woodforest Bank Stadium. The Mustangs are the fourth seed out of District 13-5A.
