Conroe scored two first half goals and never looked back in a 2-1 win over Kingwood in the Region II-5A bi-district playoffs on Thursday at Humble ISD’s Turner Stadium. The Tigers took a 2-0 lead 25 minutes into the game and used a stingy defense from there to capture the first round playoff victory.
