Girls Soccer: Oak Ridge bounces back twice, beats Klein Oak

Oak Ridge coach Jim Collins yelled it repeatedly on Thursday evening as his team searched for some offensive production in the first half of its Region II-5A bi-district playoff game against Klein Oak. Eventually, Collins made a strategic adjustment, moving defender Mercedes Rodgers up top to help put some pressure on the Lady Panthers. The plan worked well as the Lady War Eagles scored a pair of goals in the second half to steal a 3-2 victory at Tomball High School. click here for postgame video & complete story
