The Woodlands uses 7-run 6th-inning for 1-0 series lead

The road to Austin for The Woodlands Lady Highlander softball team began Thursday night in Spring with Game one of the best-of-three Bi-District playoff series against Klein Collins at Klein Oak High School.

Klein Collins had a couple of timely RBI-singles in each of the first and second innings to take an early 2-1 lead. The offense for the Lady Highlanders begins to click in the top of the third inning as The Woodlands collects four singles and ties the game at 2-2 when Kaitlin Stavinhoa gets a single-RBI scoring Amy Cimera. click here for complete story
