College Park saw its 2014 campaign come to an end on Friday night, falling to No. 4 state-ranked Atascocita in six innings, 11-1, on the Lady Eagles’ home field.

Atascocita advanced to the area round with the 2-0 series sweep after defeating the Lady Cavaliers 7-1 in Game 1 on Thursday. Nikki Giles led the way for College Park on Friday, going 2 for 3. Julie Charbonneau and Shannon Kern collected the Lady Cavs’ other two hits. click here for complete story
