After winning the district title, Atascocita took two of the top three superlative awards in the All-District 13-5A honors.

Lady Eagles sophomore pitcher Shelby McGlaun was named the All-District 13-5A Most Valuable Player while coach James Grotenhuis was named the Coach of the Year by the league’s coaches. McGlaun hit .430 at the plate with 15 home runs and 47 RBIs in helping the Lady Eagles to the Region II-5A quarterfinals and a 29-3 overall record.
