The Woodlands is back in Austin.

Three years after winning state and national titles in their first trip to the Class 5A state tournament, the Highlanders take on San Antonio Southwest in the semifinals Friday at UT’s McCombs Field. “We had three girls, seniors, who were on that (2011) team, and then our junior group has been to the regional finals the last two years, and they’ve heard from that senior group how cool it is going to state,” coach Richard Jorgensen said. click here for complete story
