Campbell’s Texas Football projections for the 2014 season were recently released with varying projections for all six area teams. The biennial UIL realignment and reclassification had an added twist this year. With With the biennial UIL district realignment and reclassification released earlier this year, the Summer Creek Bulldogs got bumped up from Class 4A to the newly-created 6A conference along with the other biggest and most competitve high schools in Texas. Summer Creek will be joining Atascocita and Kingwood in District 16-6A, which consists of four 5A playoff teams from last season: The Woodlands, Kingwood, Atascocita and Oak Ridge. Summer Creek also made the playoffs last season in Class 4A.
