Dinning: JP’s Grill

The Murphy Burger at JP’s Grill follows only one rule, and that is Murphy’s Law. The hamburger gives the chef creative control and will surprise a customer with outside-of-the-box creations.

“We want to be the home of the Murphy Burger, where you come in each time and every time is different,” owner James Plog said.

Plog said one such burger featured alligator and turtle, with melted smoked Gouda cheese and chipotle aioli.

“[The customer] loved it,” he said. “We have never had a customer who did not like their burger. Nobody has ever sent the burger back.”
