A Kingwood High School athlete will be competing in the nation’s top prep football all-star camp July 21-23 in Dublin, Ohio.

Incoming freshman James R. Dowler was invited to join more than 800 of the nation’s top athletes at their respective positions and will train with current and former NFL players and coaches.
