The ORWALL Big Leaguers are headed back to the World Series.

The squad made history last year as the first from the Oak Ridge Woodlands Area Little League to advance to the pinnacle of Little League competition. With an 8-7 extra-inning victory over Seguin on Thursday night, ORWALL National punched its ticket back to the 11-team Big League World Series, which starts Wednesday in Easley, South Carolina.

First up is a game against the hosts, representing South Carolina District 1. Easley throttled ORWALL 15-5 on the opening day of the tournament last year. Only three players remain from last year’s team, but there’s still a desire to better those results. click HERE for complete story
