The Woodlands running back Patrick Carr has been named to the Touchdown Club of Houston’s Preseason All-Greater Houston Football Team.

Carr, an incoming senior and 2013 Montgomery County Offensive Most Valuable Player, joined Katy’s Rodney Anderson, North Shore’s Tristan Houston and Lamar’s Ronnie Wesley as the team’s running backs. The organization will honor the team at its annual preseason banquet, set for 7 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 13, at the JW Marriott hotel in Houston.
