The ORWALL National Big League team wrapped up its season Monday in the Big League World Series, defeating Central 9-2 in its final game of the tournament in Easley, South Carolina.

The efforts of several local players helped ORWALL National salvage a victory in its fourth and final game of the tournament.
Pitcher Andrew Leilich, a graduate of The Woodlands High School, allowed just three hits and one earned run in six innings of work. The former Highlander struck out nine and walked two on the way to victory. Oak Ridge graduate Mario Garza finished just 1 for 4, but that one hit went over the left-field fence for a three-run homer in a six-run sixth inning for ORWALL National, which was playing in the tournament as the Southwest representative. click HERE for complete story
