The Conroe volleyball team returns four starters from a squad that finished 15-20 last season, but the Tigerettes lost perhaps their top front-line threat when sophomore Tiarra Brown returned to Klein Collins.

Still, second-year coach Charvette Brown can count on experienced players such as Jules Vitela, Aubrey Ireland and Kelsey Spessard, the three seniors on the Conroe roster.

Junior setter Ally Herrera also has played varsity volleyball since her freshman season, giving the Tigerettes some experience heading into Monday’s opener against John Cooper. click here for complete story
