Defensive front aims to ‘grab root and growl’ against Mustangs’ big o-line

College Park coach Richard Carson presented a 10-play highlight package to his offense during the film study of the Cavaliers’ 24-0 loss to Eisenhower. He called it “One Away,” meaning his team was one block, one option pitch, one decision away from breaking a big play.

College Park certainly could have used a few of those against the Eagles. Offensive execution will be one of the biggest keys when the Cavs, who were held to 79 total yards against Eisenhower, take the field at 7 p.m. on Thursday against Katy Taylor at Rhodes Stadium. click here for complete story
