Kingwood passed its final non-district test with a 25-21, 25-18, 18-25, 25-18 win over Klein Oak on Tuesday.

The Lady Mustangs used a complete team effort to down the visiting Lady Panthers in their final tuneup before taking on Oak Ridge on Friday in their District 16-6A opener. Baylee Barsalou paced Kingwood with 13 kills. Sophie Zielinski had 12 kills while Mackenzie Davis and Rebekah Nemeth both had seven. click here for complete story
