The Woodlands’ players and coaches will know what to expect when they take the field against Katy on Friday. The Tigers, after all, haven’t changed much from last season. The real question is whether or not the Highlanders will be able to stop them this time around.

No. 2 state-ranked Katy (2-0) will pay a visit to Woodforest Bank Stadium at 7:30 p.m. The Tigers won last year’s matchup at Rhodes Stadium, 37-14, and lead the all-time series, 5-4. Katy is coming off a 55-0 victory over Fort Bend Travis, while The Woodlands (1-1) captured its first win with a 24-14 triumph over Dekaney last week. click here for complete story
