Patrick Carr was the king of the night. The senior running back led The Woodlands to an emphatic 49-3 victory over visiting La Porte on Friday night at Woodforest Bank Stadium, rushing for 126 yards and three touchdowns on just eight carries.

Carr also was also named homecoming king at halftime alongside queen and volleyball player Kendall Cook, who just a few hours earlier had helped the Lady Highlanders defeat crosstown rival College Park. click here for complete story
