Boys: College Park continued its dominance with another sweep Saturday at the Brenham Hillacious Invitational.

The Cavaliers bested second-place The Woodlands 22-61, while the Lady Cavaliers topped Cinco Ranch 39-53. Both teams have won every meet they’ve entered this season. Senior Connor Meaux led the College Park boys by winning the 5,000-meter race in a blistering 15 minutes, 26.33 seconds. Runner-up Blake Bordelon of Strake Jesuit was more than 13 seconds back.

Girls: Senior Camila Cortina (19:12.37) and junior Brittney Prince finished second (19:14.65) and third to lead the Lady Cavs. Cy-Fair’s Tyra Luong won in 19:00.49.

College Park’s Georgia Burner was seventh in 19:21.32, and Sarah Batton (12th, 19:48.65), Andrea Miranda (15th, 19:51.44), Pilar Glaser (16th, 19:54.39), Stacie MacDonald (18th, 20:01.74), Kaila Prochaska (19th, 20:02.99) and Rachel Green (21st, 20:04.37) rounded out the team’s nine harriers. click here for complete story
