The Woodlands running back Patrick Carr became the school’s career rushing leader in the Highlanders’ signature victory, a 24-7 win over then-No. 2 Katy. He’s shown no signs of slowing down since.
“It’s been a blessing,” Carr said. “The season has gone pretty smooth so far.”
After a loss to Cy-Fair on opening night, the Highlanders have come back to win four consecutive games, including last week’s 51-3 rout of Conroe in their District 16-6A opener. The 5-foot-9, 190-pound Carr has rushed for 553 yards and seven touchdowns this season, giving him a career total of 4,209 yards on the ground. click here for complete story
