With its 152,000-square-foot warehouse well-stocked with pallets upon pallets of bulk goods, Costco Wholesale is raring and ready to open its doors to shoppers in The Woodlands on Friday.

The popular international warehouse-style chain — which sells everything from groceries and bakery items to furniture and electronics — came to The Woodlands with a $2.3 million tax incentive from The Woodlands Township and brought about 250 jobs, half of which were given to local new hires.
