The Lady Highlanders swept San Antonio Churchill to win last year’s 5A state championship.
Friday’s rematch in the 6A semifinals went five sets, with The Woodlands (39-3) surviving a match point for an 18-25, 25-21, 25-19, 17-15 victory.
