Carter Freas and The Woodlands high school boys basketball team went 2-2 in hosting their annual Benchmark Bank Holiday Classic powered by Vype Magazine on Friday and Saturday.
Freas and Clay Creighton led a balanced Highlander (4-0) scoring attack with 10 points each. A.J. Bullard and Cameron Burkett both hit clutch free throws in the closing seconds of the game securing a hard fought victory against a very stubborn Tomball Memorial (1-4) squad.
Freshman sensation, Romello Wilbert and Burkett contributed eight points apiece as Bullard gathered seven. click here for complete story
