The Cy-Fair Bobcats used a strong second half of shooting en route to a 70-64 non-district win at Oak Ridge on Tuesday night.

Oak Ridge (6-7) came out strong defensively in the first quarter forcing Cy-Fair into nine turnovers in the first half and limiting Cy-Fair to just 8-of-22 shooting from the floor. The War Eagles had several leads of 7, 8, 9, and 10 points each in the first half.

In the second half Cy-Fair (9-4) got the offense clicking shooting 57% while forcing nine War Eagle turnovers. The turnovers slowed down the War Eagles fast break offense as they only got two points in transition in the second half, compared to 10 fast break points in the first half. click here for complete story
