The Woodlands Christian’s Hudson is The Courier’s Player of the Year

He ran to daylight and led his team to within one win of a TAPPS Division III state championship game appearance. He praised his teammates, particularly his offensive line, and averaged more than 10 yards per carry. He was the driving force in The Woodlands Christian Academy’s greatest football season in school history.

Offensive MVPs: Patrick Carr, The Woodlands, and Kwame Etwi, Oak Ridge

Hudson wasn’t the only running back tearing it up this season.

Senior tailback Patrick Carr became The Woodlands’ career rushing leader and sparked the Highlanders to a District 16-6A championship with another sensational season. Click here for complete story
