Kingwood hit the road on Tuesday looking to keep pace with Atascocita in District 16-6A play, trailing two games behind the Lady Eagles in the standings at second place.

The Lady Mustangs (20-7, 5-2) took care of business downing College Park 52-42, giving them three wins in their last five outings.

“For us tonight it was about everybody playing and it was a really good team effort,” Kingwood head coach Tonia Thomas said. “Just about every single person on the team scored in some way, whether it was free throws or just baskets. Pretty much everybody was able to get on the floor and contribute.”
