On February 4, Deputy Abdelbaky observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed on the eastbound lanes of Woodlands Parkway.  Deputy Abdelbaky recorded the rate of speed at 96 miles per hour, in a 45 mile per hour zone.  The suspect slowed considerably, upon seeing the Deputy.  The vehicle then turned on South Panther Creek, running the stop sign at Glen Loch Drive, before stopping a short distance further.  The suspect, a 16-year-old male, was taken into custody for reckless driving and was transported to the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Facility.
