A topsy-turvy, unpredictable District 16-6A soccer season comes to its conclusion today

All four Conroe ISD schools are headed to the playoffs, but three teams are still in position to win the District 16-6A championship.

The Woodlands (7-1-3 in 16-6A play) has the upper hand with 24 points, followed by Conroe (7-2-2, 23 points), Oak Ride (7-3-1, 22 points) and College Park (6-3-2, 20 points). The Woodlands travels to play Kingwood today, and the Highlanders haven’t played since their 1-1 draw with Oak Ridge on March 6.
