Ben Perry and The Woodlands High School lacrosse team traveled to Katy and conquered South District foe Seven Lakes Spartans (8-3, 4-3), 17-4 in what turned out to be the Highlanders best effort of the young season.

Perry, a senior found twine three times and dished out an assist as the young, rebuilding 2015 version of the Highlanders is starting to learn how to play as a team.

As has been The Woodlands (7-0, 5-0) modus operandi thus far in the season, they struggled early having to play man down constantly due to careless penalties. Leading just 4-2 after the first quarter, The Woodlands were able to pull it together in the second stanza distancing themselves from the Spartans taking a 9-3 lead by halftime. click here for complete story
