The Woodlands girls arrived at Woodforest Bank Stadium on a mission.

Take care of business, put last week’s 2-0 loss to Kingwood behind them and move on to the area round of the Region II-6A playoffs.That’s what the Lady Highlanders did, in resounding fashion, as The Woodlands stormed past Montgomery 5-0 on Friday night.

The Lady Highlanders will face Round Rock Westwood, one of the two teams to defeat The Woodlands this season, in the area round on Thursday at a site to be determined. click here for complete story
