The Woodlands is getting a shot at No. 1 state-ranked Atascocita again. This time, the Lady Highlanders are hitting their stride as the second half of District 16-6A play begins.

“We’ve been hitting the ball really well lately,” The Woodlands coach Richard Jorgensen said. “We’re being more aggressive at the plate and it’s showing in our offense. We’ve made a lot of progress this year.”
