The Oak Ridge War Eagles got another stellar pitching performance from Durbin Feltman and held off Atascocita for a 2-1 district home victory in a rain-shortened five innings on Friday night.

Oak Ridge (18-1, 9-0) clawed their way to a tough 2-0 lead with runs in the second and third innings, respectively.

Tyler Hicks scored the first run for the War Eagles when Matt Mihalov grounded into a 4-3 fielders choice to give Oak Ridge a 1-0 lead. Riley McKnight scored the second run for Oak Ridge when Michael Lawson singled to left field and a throwing error by the left fielder for Atascocita.
