Baseball: Summer Creek falls to College Park, 13-2

With playoff aspirations in the forefront of everyone’s mind, Friday night’s matchup between the College Park Cavaliers (19-4, 7-3) and the Summer Creek Bulldogs (10-14-1, 4-6), of 16-6A, had the makings of a great, hard fought ballgame.

Summer Creek, coming off of a 3-0 win over Atascocita the previous Tuesday, had looked like they had turned their season around but College Park had other plans, securing a 13-2 victory In a run-rule shortened five inning ballgame on Friday. click here for complete story
