UIL state golf: Pairings, tee times announced for Class 6A

UIL Class 6A Boys and Girls State Golf Tournament

Site: Legacy Hills Golf Course, Georgetown

The Woodlands boys will be paired with golfers from Mansfield, Deer Park and Northside Brandeis on the first day of state.

Austin Shaw will get things started for the Highlanders at 7:30 a.m., while Carter Patterson’s tee shot at 8:10 a.m. will cap The Woodlands’s first knocks out of the box.

On the girls side, The Woodlands has been paired with Allen, Fort Bend Clements and Reagan. Senior Carley Charbonneau gets things going at 11:30 a.m.; Junior Greta Bruner will be in the box 40 minutes later.

Montgomery will pair up with Southlake Carroll, Houston Memorial and San Antonio Churchill starting at 10:30 p.m.; Freshman Hailee Cooper the Region II champion will tee off at 11:10am.
