The College Park Cavaliers came back in the bottom of the 7th after several tense innings last night, with a game saving hit by Noah Vaughn. The Cavaliers defeated Kingwood 4-3 on College Park’s senior recognition night.

At the top of the 7th, Kingwood was ahead 3-0. Despite some unlucky streaks for College Park and efficient pitching from Kingwood’s Trevor Ford, the Cavaliers hung into the game until the very end, when Vaughn made his big hit. Unlucky again, Vaughn tripped rounding third base after a hit by Eric Wilson and doesn’t make it home, pushing the game into the 8th inning. click here for complete story
