Woodlands Pavilion presents ‘The Music of Michael Jackson’

The Houston Symphony, along with vocal performers, will take the stage June 8 to perform “The Music of Michael Jackson” at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion.

Conductor and arranger Brent Havens leads the Houston Symphony performance, which features vocals by James Delisco, through a night of music spanning 40 years of Jackson’s career from the Jackson 5 to “Thriller” and more beginning at 8 p.m. Delisco, a lifetime fan of Jackson, will take on well-known songs such as “ABC,” “I’ll Be There,” “Beat It” and “The Way You Make Me Feel.” Delisco is known to blend rhythm and blues, gospel, rock and ragtime styles in his performances. click here for complete story
